Summary TBar is searching for a Regional Manager to lead a team of restaurant operators focused on operational excellence. You will be responsible for leading, managing and developing our operators. You’ll be an active member of the Operations Leadership Team and help to shape operations strategy as well as ensure that defined company’s strategic initiatives are met. The right candidate is a proven leader and operator, familiar with high growth environments, skilled at managing a P&L, is a natural teacher, coach, and excellent communicator, sets a high bar for him/herself, and has a track record at developing talent to the next level. Responsibilities
Maintain an excellent company culture and team morale.
Manage field operations teams to deliver best-in-class service, food quality and cleanliness.
Manage day-to-day operations while also demonstrating an ability to work towards long-term, strategic business goals.
Monitor and drive operational excellence in our restaurants to ensure all aspects of the business meet established guidelines and standards.
Lead people development within your region and ensure paths for growth and advancement are communicated and available for high performers with potential.
Assist with the development of strategic and tactical plans for the market and ensure the completion of each, holding individuals accountable to assigned tasks and action plans.
Monitor all aspects of the business using the various methods and reporting tools available (Daily sales reports, store classification score cards, guest feedback, labor and food cost tools), and then use the data and personal observations to coach and re-established goals that drive continual improvement.
Develop and execute plans and initiatives that consistently achieve and beat the company's sales and profitability targets.
Ensure flawless execution and results of new restaurant openings.
Develop and maintain relationships cross functionally at the Home Office.
Deliver consistently on the company's goals, Critical Success Factors, and KPI’s.
Lead by example through effective coaching, motivating, and reinforcing the company initiatives.
Demonstrate progress through analysis and forecasting and presentation of conclusions and recommendations to the executive team.
Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations as well as company policy.
Travel/Schedule Position requires travel to assigned locations. Currently Sacramento – Redding. Must be flexible and able to travel 75% of the time. Must be available to work nights and weekends if necessary.
Compensation
Salary range $95k - $130k (DOE), plus annual bonus plan
401k offered, including employer matching up to 4%
2 weeks paid time off +10 paid holidays a year.
