    Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager/Director of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of our dermatology practice across three clinic locations: Carrollton, Newnan, and Peachtree City. The ideal candidate will spend at least one day per week at each clinic location, ensuring efficient operations, exceptional patient care, and a positive work environment. This role will directly manage the Clinical Supervisor, Front Office Supervisor, and Cosmetic Supervisor, supporting them in leading their respective teams.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Leadership and Team Management:

    Directly manage the Clinical Supervisor, Front Office Supervisor, and Cosmetic Supervisor, providing guidance and support in managing their teams.

    Foster a collaborative and positive work environment across all clinics.

    Conduct regular meetings with supervisors to align on goals, address challenges, and implement improvements.

    Support supervisors in staff development, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.

    People Operations:

    Oversee the hiring process, including posting job requisitions and interviewing candidates.

    Manage front office and back office schedules in collaboration with supervisors.

    Oversee PTO requests and approve employee timesheets.

    Manage provider templates and conduct performance reviews.

    Lead new employee onboarding and training programs.

    Implement ongoing training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills.

    Clinical Operations:

    Optimize clinic flow to reduce patient wait times.

    Monitor patient reviews and promptly address any complaints.

    Improve call answer rates and patient communication.

    Collaborate with the billing team to address billing questions and issues.

    Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high standards of care.

    Facilities Management:

    Supervise the janitorial team to ensure clinics are clean and well-maintained.

    Manage office maintenance and repair requests in partnership with the facilities department.

    Promote environmentally sustainable practices within the clinics.

    Information Technology:

    Provide basic IT support, including user credentials and troubleshooting for computers, phones, and iPads.

    Coordinate with the IT team to resolve technical issues.

    Lead efforts to adopt and integrate new technologies that improve patient care and streamline operations.

    Marketing and Community Engagement:

    Support local marketing activities such as community events and office visits to referring providers.

    Build partnerships with community organizations to enhance the clinics' reputation and patient base.

    Reporting and Strategic Planning:

    Review weekly and monthly reports on call answer rates, appointment availability, provider coding summaries, pathology turnaround times, overtime, etc.

    Analyze data to make informed operational changes and recommendations.

    Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive growth and improve efficiency.

    Purchasing and Vendor Management:

    Review and approve purchase requests for medical and office supplies.

    Review and manage supply pricing a with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs

    Compliance and Risk Management:

    Ensure compliance with all regulatory programs (HIPAA, IT Security, OSHA, etc.).

    Stay updated on federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.

    Identify potential risks related to clinical operations and patient safety, developing strategies to mitigate them.

    Quality Assurance:

    Establish quality assurance protocols to maintain high standards of patient care.

    Implement patient experience enhancement programs, including feedback systems and service recovery strategies.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in a multi-site clinic environment.

    Proven experience managing supervisory staff and supporting team leadership.

    Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.

    Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

    Proficient knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations and best practices.

    Experience with financial management and budgeting.

    Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and basic technical troubleshooting.

    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Ability to travel between clinic locations as required.
