This position must be based in the designated territory.
The Regional Manager is responsible for driving business and commercial performance for a portfolio of spirits brands across NEW JERSEY. This position will manage a team of Customer Development Specialists who are each responsible for driving brand and commercial initiatives for the DIAGEO spirits portfolio in target off-premise accounts.
Reporting to the agency’s leadership team, the Regional Manager will develop solid, long-term partnerships with our client’s local counterparts and distributor network. This role will work collaboratively with all parties to identify commercial and/or execution gaps within identified territories using data, and motivating teams to attain and surpass established goals.

Qualifications
In this role, you will be provided with a Company vehicle which is to be used exclusively and solely for work purposes. Accordingly, applicants will be required to possess (and maintain during employment) a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance, as well as will be required to submit to a background check of their driving record. If hired, the employee will be responsible for using the company car in a safe, lawful, and reasonable manner and comply with Company policy and all other vehicle guidelines.
Additional Information
The base compensation range for this job classification is between $75,000.00-$90,000.00 annually. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related skills and qualifications, length of service and geographic location. This job classification is bonus-eligible, with bonus potential subject to applicable bonus plan terms and conditions.
