    Are you an experienced Property Management Regional Manager who desires to truly contribute and make a difference in residents' lives? We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Regional Manager for a portfolio of assets in the Atlanta market and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving business growth, repositioning assets, building strong relationships, and effectively building and managing a diverse team. With the opportunity to facilitate continued growth in our vertically integrated management company, we are seeking a go getter who will be integral in the continued growth and expansion planned for the upcoming year. Responsibilities: • Regional Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to achieve business objectives within the Atlanta market and neighboring regions. • Business Development: Identify new opportunities for expansion and growth, develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets, and increase market share. • Client and Vendor Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and vendors, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention. • Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of regional staff members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of regional operations, including budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and performance management, to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness. • Market Analysis: Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks, and make informed business decisions. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. • Proven experience (5 years) in a senior leadership role, preferably within the property management sector. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify opportunities, and develop effective solutions. • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams with strong execution. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and profitability. Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000 based on experience
