Pure Barre Washington, DC is seeking a passionate and driven leader to oversee our three Washington, DC studios and their dynamic teams. The ideal candidate will be deeply familiar with and enthusiastic about the Pure Barre technique, and committed to sharing their love of fitness with others. They should have a passion for health and wellness, a dedication to fostering community, and a proactive, energetic attitude. A positive outlook and a desire to bring out the best in themselves and others are essential.
POSITION The Regional Manager will be responsible for all aspects of studio operations, including sales, team management, and day-to-day functionality across the three locations.
REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred College Degree preferred
Proven ability to generate personal sales and train Sales Representatives
Expertise in managing multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail
Previous management or supervisory experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (in-person and over the phone)
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and diverse environment
Results-oriented, with a solution-driven and competitive mindset
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Solid writing and grammar skills
Experience in HR functions, including onboarding, payroll, and fostering team development preferred
Proficiency in data management and studio software
An affinity for fitness and wellness
Professional, punctual, reliable, and organized demeanor
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead grassroots marketing and networking to generate leads
Implement and refine sales processes to convert prospects into clients
Oversee membership and retail sales, including inventory and merchandising
Manage and schedule studio staff
Coordinate with vendors to maintain accurate inventory levels
Hire, train, and evaluate instructors and sales associates
Handle payroll and HR-related responsibilities
Monitor and analyze studio performance using gym management software
Ensure high-level customer service and resolve client issues
Maintain studio cleanliness and enforce policies and procedures
Plan and execute networking events and marketing campaigns
Foster a welcoming and inclusive studio environment
