    Not a Damn Chance Burger (NADC) is a wagyu cheeseburger collaboration between Professional Skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin Starred Chef Phillip Frankland Lee

    After skate sessions, cheeseburgers became the pair’s go-to treat and soon they started collaborating on a burger aiming to become the perfect cheeseburger. They wanted to create the best cheeseburger with nostalgic ingredients and quality meat. They first started with sourcing quality meat, they found a farm just outside of Houston. This is where they source their 100% japanese wagyu beef. After many versions of the NADC burger, they knew they had the one.

    NADC Burger is looking for a qualified and best fit Regional Manager for our Austin, TX locations. This is a full time exempt position. The Regional Manager provides leadership, oversees the staff, assists the CEO to achieve short and long-term company objectives. This position is critical to NADC Burger.

    A successful Regional Manager ensures all the restaurants in their region comply with local, state and federal regulations and OSHA guidelines. The Regional Manager contributes to the success of NADC Burger through the direction and control of restaurant operations to ensure positive guest experience and company profitability, direct the operation of the restaurant, attain sales and profit objectives, maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety and sanitation by directing and supervising managers and team members.

    Essential Duties:

    Support on site teams with food and beverage leadership, cost control, quality control, inventory

    Ensure compliance with all state, federal, OSHA regulations

    Develop line staff

    Participate in community and private events

    Manage employees - through development and administration

    Report restaurant labor and P/L numbers

    Ensure employee hours are correct and submit payroll to Corporate

    Ensure all locations have proper tool, equipment

    Ensure all compliance

    Other Requirements: Must have Food Certifications and Responsible Alcohol Certifications This position requires prolonged standing and working in various temperature settings This position frequents site checks for the on-site teams Travel will be required for events and possibly assist in new restaurant openings or coverag
