Job Description
The Regional Manager Operations (RMO) plays a critical role in driving the overall success of their assigned market by managing financial performance, overseeing marketing and sales strategies, strengthening relationships with key accounts and payers, and managing effective scheduling and productivity across all service lines and points of service (POS). This individual will lead market-specific teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver operational excellence, achieve revenue goals, and ensure exceptional patient care.
Essential Responsibilities
Profit and Loss (P &L) Management
Marketing Strategy Development
Sales Strategy and Execution
Collaborate with corporate sales teams to develop strategies to achieve growth targets across all service lines/places of service.
Build and manage relationships with key referral sources, physicians, and community organizations.
Account and Payer Relationships
Market Scheduling of Clients
Leadership and Team Management
Operational Excellence
Strategic Growth and Market Expansion
Supervisory Responsibilities: Yes
Salary range is commensurate with experience and qualifications $80,000-$90,000 with an opportunity to earn additional incentives.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field (master’s preferred). Clinical therapy background preferred
Skills
Strategic planning, team leadership, change management, decision-making, budget management, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, clinical program development, interdisciplinary collaboration, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, presentation and training, healthcare technology proficiency, and data-driven decision-making.

Travel Requirement:
Frequent travel within the assigned market and occasional travel to corporate headquarters or other regions/countries.
