  • Responsibilities

    Oversee client complaints under the guidance of the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Legal Operations. Create quarterly performance reports using key performance indicators ("KPIs") for regional attorney reviews. Assign cases from the Director of Legal Operations to regional attorneys to meet their KPIs. Attend scheduled morning legal department meetings. Review regional attorney cases regularly to ensure high-quality legal services. Conduct quarterly performance reviews with the Director of Legal Operations. Conduct annual performance reviews with the Director of Legal Operations. Assist in attorney recruitment and hiring procedures when required. Support new hire onboarding and training for regional legal staff. Participate in billing and account management meetings as necessary. Base salary $120,000 - $130,000 based on practice area-specific experience plus quarterly bonus opportunities. Responsibilities: Leads the regional legal team by: • Ensuring the regional legal team meets its stated KPIs. • Maintaining and promoting good relationships with and between clients and the Colwell Law Group (“CLG”). • Working with the Managing Attorney (Legal Development) to support regional legal teams’ growth. • Meeting minimum of twenty-six (26) billed/collected hours per week. • Assisting with regional-specific office operations under the direction of the Chief Operating Officer. Qualifications: • Passed Bar Exam • Law Degree • 8+ Years of Experience in Sales Management • US Work Authorization • Strong leadership and management skills • Family and Matrimonial direct experience is a plus Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 plus quarterly bonuses
