    Our Client, a pioneering force in integrated kidney care, is on the lookout for a Regional Medical Director to spearhead their innovative care delivery network. This role is central to enhancing the health and wellbeing of patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) within a significant region.     Who You Are

    • A licensed physician with 7-10+ years of clinical experience, especially in critical/chronic care, and a strong foundation in value-based care models.
    • Board Certified in Nephrology, Internal medicine, Geriatrics, or Family Medicine, with experience in chronic disease management. Specialty in Nephrology is advantageous but not required.
    • A proven leader capable of managing a multidisciplinary team and fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.
    • Skilled in building and maintaining productive relationships with partner groups and provider networks.
    • A strategic thinker with a track record of implementing performance improvement initiatives and leveraging data analytics for population health management.
    • A holder of medical licensure in Illinois (with eligibility for Indiana) and possibly an MBA, although not mandatory.

    What You'll Do

    • Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional care to CKD and ESRD patients, applying innovative population health and value-based care principles.
    • Drive regional performance to achieve and exceed goals, focusing on quality, optimization, and patient satisfaction.
    • Act as the primary clinical liaison, integrating our Client's Care Model across the region and ensuring seamless collaboration with key partners.
    • Engage in continuous learning and development activities, staying abreast of the latest in renal care, treatment guidelines, and healthcare policies.
    • Participate in quality improvement projects, data analysis, and strategic planning to enhance care delivery and outcomes.
