Regional Medical Director of Primary Care leads by example, overseeing, and offering professional guidance to physicians and advanced practice providers on the Primary Care team. Responsible for implementing and ensuring best practices, provides growth and development to improve knowledge and clinical skills, and monitors performance based on metrics in order to achieve excellence in care and a superior patient experience. Opportunity entails 50% administrative and 50% clinical and direct patient care.
