Are you an experienced automotive professional eager to make a larger impact? We’re seeking a Regional Performance Coach to lead training initiatives and drive performance improvements across multiple dealerships in the San Francisco region. This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner with dealership leadership to enhance business development, optimize processes, and deliver hands-on coaching that drives measurable results.
This role requires extensive travel. Candidates must be able to travel 16-18 days per month across the San Francisco region.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Regional Training: Deliver SmartPath training, lead management workshops, and business development coaching to dealership teams.
- Drive Performance Improvements: Collaborate with dealership leadership to implement and sustain effective processes that drive long-term gains.
- Hands-On Coaching: Partner with sales and service teams, providing in-field coaching on showroom processes, sales techniques, and customer engagement strategies.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between internal teams and dealership leadership, ensuring smooth execution of initiatives and addressing challenges proactively.
- Extensive Travel & Engagement: Support dealerships on-site for at least 16-18 days per month, delivering impactful, face-to-face training and support.
