    • Our client has almost 60 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry. They serve over 80 counties with 11 locations, spanning Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan. They stop at nothing to get their customers back on track as quickly as possible.
    • Our client is looking for a Regional Product Support Manager to drive their aftermarket business and be the go-to leader for Parts and Service Branch Operations in an assigned territory. The Regional Product Support Manager will have the opportunity to make a real impact, tackle complex issues, and fuel the success of the company, and their customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Product Support Leadership Team to craft and execute innovative aftermarket strategies. Tackle complex product support issues, ensuring top-notch solutions and satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the Parts and Service Departments.
    • Standardize processes that make life easier for customers and team members alike.
    • Directly manage Parts and Service Managers at assigned branches, ensuring effective leadership and support. Establish and monitor ambitious goals and budgets that align with company objectives.
    • Drive Parts and Service marketing plans to keep goals on track.
    • Champion company safety program.

    Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of experience managing Service and/or Parts Department operations, with a strong preference for knowledge of heavy equipment.
    • Proven ability to lead and manage a large team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
    • Understanding of profit and loss from a management perspective.
    • Sharp financial instincts to guide department operations.
    • Proficiency in using standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet applications.
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work flexible hours as needed.
