You’ll network with up-and-coming insurance professionals, identify top talent, and recruit them to our agency before the competition. Responsibilities: • Communicate all offers of employment and denials to job candidates in a timely and professional manner • Develop an effective, agency-wide hiring process that will consistently attract top talent • Advise internal team on salary and wage terms and communicate negotiations with candidates • Review resume submissions and make sure the most promising candidates are flagged for consideration • Write company job postings, making sure that they are readily available on public job boards as well as for current employees Qualifications: • At least 3+ years of recruiting industry experience, 5 years preferred • Ability to write and edit clear, engaging job descriptions • Exceptional networking skills and the ability to attract great talent while recruiting • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required • Interpersonal, interviewing, and communication skills are a must Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 yearly
