Benefits: • Medical, Dental & Vision • Paid Vacation/Sick Time • 401(k) • Various discounts on travel • Entertainment, wellness, gym membership, etc. • Company car Responsibilities: • Pinpoint and overcome potential obstacles such as competition, pain points, budgets, and timelines by qualifying your prospective customers quickly and thoroughly • Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel • Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients • Close the deal after creating, presenting, and negotiating a solution for your prospects • Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves • Grow and maintain customer relationships • Attend expos and events (golf events, Padres games, happy hours) • Company sales meetings • Follow all company outside sales representative duties • Close sales • Recruit more sales reps • Team player • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Team-focused, organized, and self-starter with an orientation toward service, detail, problem-solving, and deadlines • A consistent top performer in sales • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years of outside sales experience • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred • 21 years of age or older • Great communication • Sales experience required • Goal-oriented • Self-starter • Good first impression with people • Teamwork experience • Must live within daily driving distance of the office Compensation: $150,000 - $200,000 salary + commission
