We are expanding our presence in the US and seeking a high-impact Regional Sales Director to drive enterprise sales growth, expand our market footprint, and accelerate end-customer adoption.
Role Objectives & Key Outcomes
This is a strategic leadership role, focused on driving revenue, building customer relationships, and executing a high-growth sales strategy. Your mission:
· Deliver Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by winning new enterprise accounts and expanding existing business.
· Drive Net-New Business: Secure $1M+ in revenue in Year 1 through direct enterprise sales and strategic partner engagements.
· Win Strategic Enterprise Accounts: Close 6-8 net-new enterprise customers in key verticals through direct engagement and partner-led strategies.
· Develop & Execute Go-To-Market Strategy: Create and implement a territory sales plan focused on high-growth sectors and key enterprise prospects.
· Build Executive-Level Relationships: Establish trusted advisor status with C-level executives, CISOs, and IT security leaders at target organizations.
· Expand the Certes Footprint: Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities, driving deeper adoption of Certes DPRM across enterprise environments.
· Leverage Data-Driven Sales Execution: Utilize the MEDDPICC framework and maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce (SFDC) & Salesloft.
· Collaborate with Channel & Marketing Teams: Align with channel partners and marketing initiatives to drive lead generation, co-selling, and account-based strategies.
Who You Are (Skills & Experience)
· Proven Enterprise Sales Leadership: 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT enterprise sales, with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.
· Strategic Deal Closer: Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and secure multi-million-dollar enterprise deals.
· Established Industry Relationships: Strong network and executive-level contacts with CISOs, IT security leaders, and procurement teams in key verticals.
· Cybersecurity & IT Sales Background: Experience selling data protection, encryption, or cybersecurity solutions to enterprise customers.
· Exceptional Negotiator & Communicator: Strong ability to build relationships, influence decision-makers, and close high-value deals.
· Sales Process Expert: Highly Proficient in MEDDPICC methodology and experienced with Salesforce & Salesloft for pipeline management.
· Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with the ability to think strategically while executing tactical plans.
· Willing to Travel: This role requires frequent travel within the US.

Position: This will be a full time position. The position will include a base salary and bonus plan. A full benefits package will also be available to the successful candidates.
