What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and implement regional sales plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Manage, coach, and inspire a regional sales team to meet and exceed their goals.
- Recruit and onboard top-tier sales professionals, providing tools and training to ensure success.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and high-potential clients.
- Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with company objectives.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- 2-5 years of sales management experience.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A track record of success in sales, preferably with medical devices or tangible goods.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 75%).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Audiology experience is a plus.
