    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Develop and implement regional sales plans to drive growth and profitability.
    • Manage, coach, and inspire a regional sales team to meet and exceed their goals.
    • Recruit and onboard top-tier sales professionals, providing tools and training to ensure success.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and high-potential clients.
    • Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with company objectives.

    About You

    • Be able to do the job as described.
    • 2-5 years of sales management experience.
    • Strong analytical and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
    • A track record of success in sales, preferably with medical devices or tangible goods.
    • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 75%).
    • Bachelor’s degree required.
    • Audiology experience is a plus.
