Regional Sales Manager - Automation Products - Base Salary to 100k/year - Nashua, NH
- Founded over 80 years ago, our client is an international distributor in the power transmission and electrical automation space. This family-owned company is looking to replace the person in this role who is retiring.
- They are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to join their team. This position will focus on selling into OEM’s and MRO clients to acquire new and repeat business throughout the New England territory.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, cold call, promote and sell industrial products and services to OEMs and MRO customers (Some industries include: Food & Beverage, Packaging, HVAC, Automotive, Material Handling, Robotics, Biotech, etc.)
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met
- Travel to conferences, tradeshows, and networking events
- Travel throughout the New England territory to visit potential customers
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any customer issues
Qualifications:
- 3+ years selling industrial automation solutions (strongly prefer experience selling into OEMs and into MRO customers)
- Experience working for a distributor in the electrical/mechanical space
- Must live in or be easily commutable to Nashua, New Hampshire
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation:
- Base salary in the 80k - 100k/year range plus commission
