Regional Sales Manager - Automation Products - Base Salary to 100k/year - Nashua, NH
Founded over 80 years ago, our client is an international distributor in the power transmission and electrical automation space. This family-owned company is looking to replace the person in this role who is retiring.
They are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to join their team. This position will focus on selling into OEM’s and MRO clients to acquire new and repeat business throughout the New England territory.
Responsibilities:
Prospect, cold call, promote and sell industrial products and services to OEMs and MRO customers (Some industries include: Food & Beverage, Packaging, HVAC, Automotive, Material Handling, Robotics, Biotech, etc.)
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met
Travel to conferences, tradeshows, and networking events
Travel throughout the New England territory to visit potential customers
Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any customer issues
Qualifications:
3+ years selling industrial automation solutions (strongly prefer experience selling into OEMs and into MRO customers)
Experience working for a distributor in the electrical/mechanical space
Must live in or be easily commutable to Nashua, New Hampshire
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
Understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation:
Base salary in the 80k - 100k/year range plus commission
