    We’re looking for a high-energy, self-motivated Sales Manager to lead sales efforts within the roofing and waterproofing sector. This role is ideal for someone who excels at product-oriented technical sales, has a keen business acumen, and is eager to take ownership of a high-potential territory and product line.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and revenue.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with specifiers, architects, contractors, and construction professionals.
    • Identify and secure new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships.
    • Utilize CRM tools and KPI reporting to track sales activity, pipeline growth, and performance metrics.
    • Conduct product presentations, site visits, and demonstrations to persuasively showcase our roofing and waterproofing solutions.
    • Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets with a focus on consistent revenue growth.
    • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to drive strategic decision-making.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless project execution.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • 10+ years of sales and technical experience in building materials, with strong engagement in the specification community.
    • Previous experience in waterproofing, roofing, or construction management is highly preferred.
    • A persuasive, product-oriented sales professional with the ability to translate technical product benefits into compelling sales solutions.
    • An independent, competitive, and self-motivated individual with a strong business acumen for territory and product line management.
    • Proven ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline through CRM tools and KPI tracking.
    • Exceptional customer service skills with established relationships in the architectural and construction community.
    • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
