    Key Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

     

    • Sales
      • Develop business plan for the Territory identifying opportunities for growth through new industries and market development..
      • Execute weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual plans based on Heller Machine Tool Universal Machine Sales goals and report according to Company requirements.
      • Focused on NEW Customer development with the Heller Machine Tool Universal Machine initiative.
      • Develop customer relationships to drive and measure leads and opportunities through Heller Machine Tools CRM.
      • Enter daily activities both individual and through the Dealer Network into the Heller CRM.
      • Utilizing both previous territory knowledge and data provided by Heller to breach potential new customers for Heller Machine Tools.
      • Actively make sales appointments on behalf of Heller Machine Tools promoting the Universal Product Line both individually and through the Dealer Network.
      • Active involvement in finalizing Universal machine proposals
      • Active involvement in transferring orders received into internal sales orders
      • Ensure orders are complete and entered properly per the Heller Universal Machine program order entry.
      • Order Intake forecasting, tracking and overall forecast management for assigned territory.

    • None

    Education and Experience:

    • Minimum 4 year degree or equivalent work experience.
    • Minimum 3 years machine tools field sales experience

     

    Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Hard Skills
      • Proven machine tool field sales skills, heavy cold-calling, Dealer management, account management
      • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
      • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
      • SAP
      • C4C (CRM Systems)
      • Microsoft Office Product application capability (specifically Word, Excel, Power point, Teams and Outlook)
      • Thorough understanding of HUS processes listed above.

     

    • Soft Skills
      • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying close attention to detail
      • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization along with customers and suppliers
      • Works collaboratively across the organization

     

     

    Training Requirements:

    • General Safety
    • ISO 9001 Quality System Awareness
    • SAP

     

    Physical Demands:

    • Some physical exertion required.
    • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally bend and move about the facility.

     

    Personal Protective Equipment:

    • Safety glasses may be required while performing specific tasks.

     

    Work Environment:

    • Location based on territory assigned.
    • Works in home office, HUS plant and at Customer sites.
    • Frequent travel within territory is required (+60%).
    • International travel may be required

     

    Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

  • Compensation
    $150,000-$250,000 per year
