Responsibilities: • Leads, coordinates and directs the daily management of Regional Loan Officers • This Regional Sales Manager position is responsible for, training, recruiting Loan Officers, and expanding CrossCountry's brand and reputation throughout the Mountain Region • This role will support community and market share growth by developing industry relationships and championing CrossCountry's products, reputation, brand and Loan Originators • Coaches team members to their fullest potential, while reinforcing accountability • Develops and maintains a high degree of visibility in the marketplace, along with developing relationships with real estate professionals, builders, and other business referral sources • Assists originators in developing marketing and sales strategies for new and existing business • Understands real estate appraisals, title reports, and real estate transactions • Ability to assist region with Pricing Exceptions, fully understands pricing of a loan • Demonstrates leadership characteristics, organizational skills and experience working in a fast paced extremely productive environment Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in mortgage sales industry • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Strong leadership and team management abilities • Competencies: US Work Authorization, Mortgage Loan Originator License, Mortgage Experience • Proven Recruiting and Networking abilities • Knowledgeable on the Loan Origination process • Proven success in growing a business Compensation: $80,000+ DOE + bonus potential
