Key Performance Objectives:
1\. Build strong relationships with corporate headquarters and customers in flooring, agriculture, roofing, and commercial sectors.
2\. Deliver exceptional service to all clients.
3\. Increase market awareness of company products in targeted sectors.
4\. Achieve $1 million in sales in Year 1 and $2 million in Year 2.
Responsibilities- Sales and Relationship Building:
- -Build and maintain relationships with key customers, such as electrical contractors and high-end builders.
- Pursue new business opportunities in the Denver market.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions with the company’s products.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the company's technologies.
- Customer Service & Support:
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, providing technical support, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Act as the main point of contact for all customer-related matters, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
- Market Knowledge & Sales Strategy:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive products to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration, focusing on high-end residential and commercial sectors.
- Utilize market insights to recommend new products or enhancements to existing solutions based on customer needs and market demands.
- Sales Reporting & Collaboration:
- Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts, providing regular updates to management.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and post-sales support.
Required Skills- Proven experience in technical sales within the electrical industry, particularly in cable technologies and heating systems.
- Strong knowledge of the Denver market, with established relationships with electrical contractors and key players in high-end residential and commercial sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and influencing decision-makers.
- Customer-focused and team-oriented, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and clearly explaining technical concepts.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required for travel within the Denver area.
