    Company Overview: We are a family-owned food manufacturing company committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales growth across the state of Tennessee.

    Position Overview: As a Food Manufacturing Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with operators, distributors and brokers, developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a self-motivated individual with a strong understanding of the food manufacturing industry and a proven track record in sales.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Client Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with operators and distributors throughout Tennessee to promote and sell our products.

    Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales goals.

    Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, including forecasts and performance metrics.

    Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

    Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company objectives.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in sales preferably within the food manufacturing industry.

    Strong understanding of the Tennessee market and its key players.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

    Willingness to travel extensively within Tennessee.
