    Regional Sales Manager Location: Olympia, Bremerton, North Bend, Mt. Vernon

    Are you a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales leadership and team development? We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to lead our client’s expanding team in achieving exceptional sales performance and delivering unparalleled customer experiences.

    The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for understanding potential opportunities, threats, partnerships, and competition within the Region.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    Leadership and Strategy:

    • Collaborate with the Regional Management Team to develop and execute sales-related goals and initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Annual Business Plan.
    • Lead and mentor a high-performing Sales Team, Preconstruction Team, and Homeownership Counselors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
    • Maintain a strategic presence within the region, identifying market opportunities, analyzing competition, and forging key partnerships to drive business growth.
    • Research and explore new markets in collaboration with leadership, contributing to the expansion and diversification of our customer base.

      Sales Performance and Customer Experience:

    • Set and monitor branch and regional targets for sales, starts, closings, and profitability, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
    • Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty by prioritizing exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of service quality.
    • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies, ensuring relevance and competitiveness in the marketplace.
    • Utilize CRM and other tools to manage sales processes, track performance metrics, and optimize resource allocation.
    • Coach teams to close deals.

      Training and Development:

    • Recruit, train, and mentor Homeownership Counselors and Sales Representatives, providing ongoing support and guidance to maximize individual and team performance.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing targeted development plans.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, organizing regular training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

       

      EXPERTISE & DUTIES

    • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Required.
    • Be able to spend at least 1 day in each office of assigned region. Required.

       

    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain customer relationships.
    • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
    • Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in recruiting, training, and managing high-performing sales teams.
