Proven ability to develop a staff of fitness professionals – Hire and coach the staff toward exceeding the department and client expectations.
Accomplished in growing the draft - Know the numbers, set goals, and hold the team accountable.
Selling specialist – Innate ability to self-generate leads and drive the business revenue.
Scope of Work
As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for leading a network of large-scale fitness centers. You will need to roll up your sleeves and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the team;
You must educate, demonstrate, and hold the team accountable.
You will create, manage, and execute our playbook.
How you lead MUST create unity and engagement across the network.
The Regional Manager is wholly responsible for creating an environment that maximizes our member experience through strategically leading the business operations. Your mission is to build a strong passion steadfast team through upholding the brand values. We are NOT looking for a dictator but rather a leader who trains, coaches, and encourages staff to exceed our expectations.

Requirements
3-years’ proven (data is required) work experience in driving revenue within the health and fitness industry. – Required.
Prove your ability to drive revenue – Required.
List of accomplishments (revenue and units) by role – Required.
