  • Responsibilities

    **JOB SUMMARY **

    Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

    The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth through increasing sales. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

    **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **

    • Identify, create, and build close working relationships with all key personnel at customer accounts while gaining a comprehensive understanding of their strategies and needs.

    • Provide technical assistance to assigned accounts concerning equipment and repairs.

    • Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities with new and existing customers.

    • Participate in and support the business by attending trade shows, conferences, and other market development activities.

    • Support contract negotiations with timely document edits, internal reviews, and approvals.

    • Identify potential project issues early and anticipate competitor moves.

    • Collaborate with leadership in the forecasting and budgeting process.

    • Be accountable for orders, sales, pricing/profitability, risk assessment, terms & conditions, and customer satisfaction.

    • Demonstrate effective cost management and the ability to operate within assigned budget and budget control.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Sales and business development skills, including the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

    • Ability to analyze market trends and develop and execute sales strategies.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

    **KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED **

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.

    • Experience in sales team management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE **

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.

    • Requires a minimum of 3 years prior experience managing people.
