Job Description
Drive new Residential HVAC Sales through the Plumbing and HVAC wholesale distribution channel by managing manufacturer’s rep agencies, expanding share of wallet with current distribution and developing new business partners for the Bosch portfolio. Success in the position will also include sales calls on distributor branches and with distributor salesmen to contractors, builders, architects and engineers. A key responsibility will be to develop a sales plan and market development strategy to drive growth of the Bosch HVAC portfolio and hit assigned targets. Provide necessary sales, training and operational support for all Bosch Home Comfort wholesale accounts and manufacturer reps in assigned region. Increase knowledge of product offerings to contractors, architects and engineers in your territory. Key activities include market planning, distributor account management and manufacturer rep management. This position requires regional travel up to 80% of the time with 20% based from a home office.
