    Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

    Job Summary:
    Manar Inc. is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales activities within a defined territory, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and achieve ambitious sales growth targets. This position involves managing sales representatives and distributors, identifying new business opportunities, and enhancing market presence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
    • Identify and establish new accounts to expand territory reach.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets as defined by the Regional Sales Manager.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate sales efforts across territories.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive products, and customer feedback to adjust strategies proactively.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, goals, and account updates within the CRM system.
    • Perform other related duties as assigned.

    Supervisory Responsibilities:

    • None directly, but collaboration with sales representatives and distributors is required.

    Required Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
    • A minimum of three years of sales experience in a similar role.
    • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Strong strategic thinking, planning, and organizational abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
    • Ability to analyze sales data to forecast goals and develop strategies.
    • Strong leadership skills, with a talent for coaching and motivating others.
    • Ability to travel extensively (up to 75%) and work independently in diverse environments.

    Technology Knowledge:

    • Familiarity with sales and market intelligence tools.
    • Experience with lead generation and prospecting systems.

    Work Environment:

    • Combination of office work and travel to meet clients across the Southeast region.
    • Occasional work in a manufacturing environment requiring adherence to safety protocols.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Comfortable with extended periods of travel and vehicle-based work.

    Performance Objectives (First 90 Days):

    1. Develop a thorough understanding of the territory, clients, and company offerings.
    2. Build strong relationships with key clients and sales representatives.
    3. Establish a detailed sales plan, outlining immediate and long-term objectives.
