    Job Overview: Vanity Art is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across the country. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bathroom furniture and fixtures sales, coupled with an extensive network of relationships with local retailers, showrooms, designers, builders, developers, and plumbing stores. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute a national sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market share expansion.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local retailers, showrooms, designers, builders, developers, and plumbing stores.

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase sales.

    Lead, mentor, and manage the national sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

    Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.

    Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

    Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

    Negotiate and close high-value deals with key accounts.

    Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and establish new connections.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience as a National Sales Manager or similar role, with a strong focus on bathroom furniture and fixtures.

    Established network of contacts within the bathroom furniture industry, including retailers, showrooms, designers, builders, developers, and plumbing stores.

    Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving targets.

    Excellent leadership and team management skills.

    Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
