Territory: MD, PA, OH, NJ, CT, MA, NY, NH, VT, ME - 60% travel

Description:
- Sell wound care solutions and offer clinical education to distributors and retailers
- Meets/exceeds sales objective as well as market share within assigned geographic area
- Consistently exhibits a high level of proficiency and expertise in discussing and demonstrating products
- Become a product expert
- Build and support the 1099/distributor sales teams as needed
- Works effectively and productively with VP of sales and other leadership
- Consistently performs with a high degree of professionalism in accordance with established promotional guidelines
- Completes all administrative duties in a timely fashion and works within the specified budget
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- 3-10 yrs of skin graft or biologics sales experience / experience with distributors
- Previous managerial experience or resource allocations
- Proficiency with reimbursement, billing, coding, & payor system trends
- Track record of sales success
- Ability to show you can close deals and grow business
- Strong presentation skills

Compensation:
Base salary $150k Base. Total comp 300K at plan after commissions (uncapped/paid quarterly); plus car allowance, full benefits, lots of opportunity for growth and professional development.
