    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to focus on multi-tenant buildings in the greater Buffalo, New York area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting energyGuard’s products and services to building owners, managers, and contractors.

    Responsibilities

    Develop and execute a sales strategy to target multi-tenant buildings and housing authorities in the greater Buffalo area

    Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including building owners, managers, and contractors

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling

    Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase energyGuard’s solutions

    Collaborate with internal teams, including customer support and technical services, to ensure customer satisfaction

    Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and report out progress to executive team

    Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

    Requirements

    Essential Requirements:

    Minimum 7 years of experience, preferably selling energy solutions into the commercial building industry

    Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on customer relationships and revenue growth

    Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft office

    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

    Familiarity with multi-tenant building operations and management a strong plus

    Preferable Requirements:

    Experience with energy management systems, HVAC systems, or related products

    Knowledge of the New York building codes and regulations and energy efficiency policies

    Existing network of contacts in the multi-tenant building industry
