    Job Description

    Sixt is looking for a Regional Sales Performance Manager for the South Florida area to manage the sales and service program. The territory would include 3 major airports and 12 downtown branches spanning throughout south Florida. Their primary focus will be developing the management team to support coaching and development of employees optimizing the rental experience by selling extras based on the customer's needs and providing exceptional customer service. The Regional Sales Performance Manager, reporting to a Senior RSPM, will be expected to facilitate training for the employees and managers as well as becoming an expert on our fleet and ancillary products and ensure that the branches in their region are properly educating our customers on the products that will enhance their rental experience.

    YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

    • You regularly consult with branch managers and regional managers to review branch progress and design action plans to help the management address areas of opportunity in sales and service performance
    • You coach branch managers on how to train the Employees on sales, service, and goal setting
    • You train employees and managers on how to create the optimal rental experience by maximizing sales and service opportunities for every customer
    • You participate with managers to holds workshops for rental agents reviewing sales cycle and role plays
    • You implement motivational contests to build employee morale and improve branch culture
    • You complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and updates to action plans to senior management team members

    YOUR SKILLS MATTER

    • EXPERIENCE You have a minimum 2+ years of sales training or coaching experience
    • EDUCATION You have Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred)
    • TECHNICIAL PROFICIENCY You must have excellent computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
    • SOFT SKILLS You have a minimum of 5 years customer service or sales experience
    • COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE You have experience meeting sales quotas or working in highly commissioned positions preferred
    • TRAVEL You are able to travel 60-80%, some of which may be by airplane
