Regional Sales Representative - Above Ground Shoring - Base Salary to 135k/year - San Francisco, CA

• Our 30+ year-old client in the rental shoring space and has earned the reputation as being one of the very top equipment shoring providers in the Americas! This company is looking to increase market share in the Southern California/Portland/Seattle/Phoenix/Las Vegas territory. This company has increased revenue 9x in the past 5 years with this new leadership team!
• They are currently looking to hire a Regional Sales Representative to join their team. This position will focus on renting/selling their above-ground shoring products to shoring companies.

Responsibilities:

• Promote and rent/sell above-ground shoring products to companies that specialize in shoring all throughout the Southern CA/Portland/Seattle/Phoenix/Las Vegas territory
• Focus on managing and upselling current clients in the territory
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure sales targets are met
• Promote and upsell value-added services including 3D Modeling
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any customer issues

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience renting/selling above-ground shoring
• Experience significantly growing territory sales for multiple years
• Must reside somewhere within the territory (Southern CA, Portland, Seattle, Phoenix, Las Vegas)
• Experience selling safety supplies/solutions is a plus
• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 80k – 135k/year range plus very lucrative commission!
