As a full-time Regional Sales Representative for Beauty Hair Trading Inc., you will be selling and representing one of the largest manufacturers of human hair extensions in the world. What You Will Do?
The Regional Sales Representative – East Coast (RSR) plays a critical role within the company, responsible for managing the local/regional territory with a focus on maximizing sales and brand awareness. This is achieved through three primary areas: excellent salon-level campaigns, managing and training our certified salon partners to exceed sales and executional goals, and amplifying Hairdream’s brand awareness.
Responsibilities
Oversee client partnerships, campaign management, incentive development and tracking for your respective territory.
Lead in-salon execution and brand growth in your respective territory, including supporting the National Field Director with brand events and performance marketing campaigns.
Manage and execute Hairdream’s company plans in all channels of business throughout your respective market.
Conduct regular "work-withs" and meetings to educate and train clients comprehensively on Hairdreams products, systems, techniques, and market dynamics.
Be the face of Hairdreams within your designated region, staying abreast of consumer trends and offering innovative strategies to expand your market and surpass sales targets.
Analyze sales data comprehensively to identify and leverage all potential opportunities for the brand to enhance market performance and drive growth.
Implement both individual and company goals on a monthly and yearly basis, ensuring alignment with overarching objectives and driving performance towards desired outcomes.

Geographic knowledge of the respective territory
Your Background
2+ years of sales experience - beauty industry preferred
Experience planning and executing sales strategies
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook) – understanding of salon software a plus
Valid state driver’s license for the posted state or territory, and reliable transportation in accordance with State requirements for motor vehicles
Additional Requirements
Expectation of travel within your designated territory for 25-30% of your time, with occasional trips to our headquarters in Los Angeles and attendance at industry events as necessary
Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands
Must have reliable transportation for local salon visits. Car allowance included.
