Key Responsibilities Include:

Leverage Existing Relationships Ideal candidates will have pre-established relationships with home health referral sources such as rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, elder attorneys, and more.

Expand Client Base

Identify and cultivate new referral sources to drive client acquisition and retention.

Business Development

Utilize strong interpersonal and organizational skills to effectively communicate the value of our home care services to clients and their families.

Make a Difference

Play a critical role in expanding our footprint and providing essential care to individuals throughout Windham County, CT.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive annual salary of $55,000 plus commissions.
