    We’re looking for a driven and experienced sales professional to join our growing team as a Regional Sales Representative. In this role, you’ll focus on expanding business in your local market by building strong client relationships, generating new leads, and delivering effective solutions. You should be confident, self-motivated, and excited to exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a key role in driving regional growth—leveraging your communication skills, industry knowledge, and proven sales experience to open new opportunities and support existing clients. Responsibilities: • Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually • Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network • Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads • Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships • Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives • Help host company golf and other events • Follow the sales team plan • Lead generate • Set new appointments • Sales talk mastery • Be a team player • B2B • Sales routes • Sales calls • Make good first impressions Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in hospitality • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field a plus • Stays organized and manage time well • This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role • Sales experience required • Must live in Orange County and/or within driving distance of the office • Good communication • Must have working rights in the USA • Must have a driver's license • Must be 21 or older • Ability to make good first impressions • Clean driving record required Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000 base plus commissions
