Responsibilities: • Maintain an active list of key accounts to ensure continuous relationship development • Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network • Evaluate property performance in your area and create regional sales plans and sales goals in alignment with brand objectives • Determine ways to motivate the sales team so they consistently meet and exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually • Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads • Help host company golf and other events • Follow the sales team plan • Lead generate • Set new appointments • Sales talk mastery • Be a team player • B2B • Sales routes • Sales calls • Make good first impressions Qualifications: • Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field a plus • Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry • Good organization and time management skills • Sales experience required • Must live in Orange County and/or within driving distance of the office • Good communication • Must have working rights in the USA • Must have a driver's license • Must be 21 or older • Ability to make good first impressions • Clean driving record required Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000 base plus commissions
