Responsibilities: • Analyze the performance of individual properties in your area and create sales plans and objectives that align with overall brand objectives • Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads • Solicit new and existing accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through outside sales calls, on-site visits, and sales tours, and networking in the local community • Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually • Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships • Help host company golf and other events • Follow the sales team plan • Lead generate • Set new appointments • Sales talk mastery • Be a team player • B2B • Sales routes • Sales calls • Make good first impressions Qualifications: • Prior experience working in the hospitality sector is required • Good organization and time management skills • High school diploma or GED, and bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively • Sales experience required • Must live in Orange County and/or within driving distance of the office • Good communication • Must have working rights in the USA • Must have a driver's license • Must be 21 or older • Ability to make good first impressions • Clean driving record required Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 plus benefits
