Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Social Work Manager to provide clinical
supervision, professional development, and program management to support the social-
emotional development of students across Uncommon Schools. This role will work closely with
the Regional Director of Social Work to ensure high-quality social work services and support the
development of school-based social work programs.

Compensation
Compensation for this role is between $95,200 to $112,000. Most candidates who meet job description requirements will receive an offer of $95,200 - $100,800.
Starting pay is determined using various factors including but not limited to relevant professional development, education certifications, and tenure with Uncommon Schools.
