CTBS is growing and looking to fill multiple positions in Temple, Killeen and Lampasas. This position works directly with clients with autism. You will apply ABA principals in a clinic, home or community setting. Employee is responsible for working with Clinical Supervisors to implement client programming. You will be responsible for building and maintaining rapport, and keeping up to date on programming goals and implementing appropriate changes when directed by the clinical supervisor for each child. Pay based on experience and education.

Requires a credential from the Behavioral Analysis Certification Board of Registered Behavior Technicians. Minimum of 1 year experience working with children in an educational, or therapeutic setting such as a clinic, school or preschool. Passion for working with special needs children a must!
