    SkyCare ABA is actively seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our dedicated team, committed to transforming the lives of children with autism and developmental disabilities.     Job Responsibilities for ABA Therapist (RBT):

    • Implement ABA programs using principles of Discrete Trial Training (DTT) and Natural Environment Teaching (NET)
    • Collect detailed behavioral data through direct observation and assist in tracking client progress
    • Collaborate with Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to carry out behavior intervention plans and treatment strategies
    • Teach essential life skills including communication, self-help , and social skills to children with autism and other developmental challenges
    • Report progress and behavioral results to parents and caregivers, ensuring effective communication
    • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of client progress (familiarity with Central Reach preferred)

    Physical Requirements:

    • Ability to perform floor time activities and interact with children at their level
    • Sustained physical exertion may be required for up to 45 minutes at a time
    • Ensuring safety and responding quickly to any physical demands or behavioral incidents
