Salary and Benefits:
- The pay is $24 - $32 (based on experience and certification)

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one ABA therapy in a home-based environment.
- Accept and implement feedback from supervising BCBAs and supervisors.
- Follow and execute treatment plans in a fun and child-friendly manner.
- Use software for daily data recording and timesheet management (training provided).
- Maintain a safe and positive environment for clients.
- Seek additional training and feedback from Lead RBTs and BCBAs.
- Maintain professionalism with clients, families, supervisors, and coworkers.
Requirements:
- Completion of the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician Relias training course before your first day (we provide this course).
- Experience working with individuals with autism or other disabilities.
- Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma (HS Diploma or GED).
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and be physically active (including sitting on the floor).
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must pass a background check.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (you can apply even if you don’t have one yet).
- Must live in Georgia or have immediate plans to move here.
