What You'll Do:
Become a Key Player: Acquire a deep understanding of our vibrant clinic and the unique needs of our clients.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with our talented Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and multidisciplinary team to implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
Hands-On Therapy: Provide direct one-on-one behavioral therapy sessions in diverse settings—whether it’s in our clinic, at home, or in the community.
Crisis Management: Be a pillar of support during challenging moments, applying de-escalation techniques and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment.
Data-Driven: Collect and analyze accurate data to track client progress and inform therapy adjustments.
Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and stay current with best practices.
Communicate Effectively: Build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
Documentation Excellence: Maintain meticulous records of client sessions and progress in accordance with our standards and regulatory requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; current RBT certification from the BACB is required.
Skills: Strong understanding of behavior principles, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Experience: Previous work with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred. Familiarity with the Jewish community and diverse age groups is a plus.
Flexibility: A willingness to travel to client locations and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
Experience in applied behavior analysis across various settings.
Comfort with technology for data collection and analysis.
