We're a prosthodontic specialty practice with two vibrant locations in McLean, VA, and NW Washington, DC—just a short stroll from the Foggy Bottom Metro and GW University. As we prepare to welcome a new prosthodontist to our team, we’re looking for a motivated Dental Assistant who thrives on challenges and is eager to enhance their daily skills.

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll work alongside your doctor at both locations, expanding your experience and expertise.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience: Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience, with a preference for those with prosthodontic or surgical experience with implants.

Skills:

Expertise in fabricating custom temporary crowns and bridges

Ability to assist with implant surgeries and restoration

Understanding of the prosthodontic workflow

Familiarity with digital scanners and CBCT technology

Familiarity with Denticon is a plus

X-ray certification and a DC dental assistant license (or the ability to obtain one)

Personal Qualities: We value strong communication skills, self-starters, motivated individuals, and problem-solvers. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work collaboratively are a must!

Work Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:15 AM - 4:45 PM

Friday: 7:15 AM - 1:45 PM
