We are seeking an RN, LPN, or Paramedic with a passion for mental health to work in Arizona's top-rated ketamine clinic! We primarily treat patients with mental health (depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc.) and chronic pain (CRPS, fibromyalgia, migraines, etc.) ailments. We also offer blood work, IV vitamin infusions, NAD+, exosomes, natural supplements, peptides, and hormone replacement therapy to support our patients. There will be training on the job one-on-one with our physician anesthesiologists. Currently looking for a part-time nurse M, W, F for our Scottsdale location. Responsibilities: • Placing peripheral IV access • Monitoring patient vital signs • Preparing infusions (Ketamine, NAD+, Vitamins, etc.) • Administer ketamine infusions according to protocol and under physician supervision • Communicating appropriately and clearly to supervising physicians, clinical and office staff, especially any difficulties in providing care or significant changes in patient condition • Holding space - engaging in conversation with patients before and after infusion while keeping track of time • Documenting in the electronic medical record in an accurate and timely manner • Cleaning and restocking treatment rooms in between infusions • Taking phone calls and feeling comfortable discussing our services • Treating patients, patient family members, and coworkers with respect • Being a team player and working in a collegial environment • Maintaining patient privacy • Providing high-quality care with empathy while maintaining patient safety • Counseling and educating patients and families • Weekly hours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm • Saturday hours (1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month, 8 am - 12 pm) are available but not mandatory • Being open to going to Scottsdale and Gilbert clinic locations Qualifications: • Great IV skills - MUST be comfortable placing 24G IVs in hand, wrist, or arm for ketamine infusions. Also must be comfortable occasionally placing 22G and 20G IVs in AC for vitamin infusions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Arizona license in good standing • BLS certification is required, ACLS preferred • Ability to stay calm in stressful situations • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Being open to psychedelic medicine (Ketamine) as a treatment for mental health and chronic pain Compensation: $40 - $50 hr
