RN Emergency Room Position - Night Shift (12 Hours)

Shift Details: Schedule: 19:00 - 07:30 (12-hour shifts, 3 days per week) Total Hours: 36 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Pay Rate: Competitive all-inclusive rate of $63.55/hr

Certifications Needed:

• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Two professional references

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized patient care plans.
• Record and communicate patient conditions effectively to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Collaborate as the primary coordinator between all disciplines for a well-rounded patient experience.
• Follow through on physician and nursing orders accurately and promptly.
• Plan, assess, and manage patient discharge needs with the entire healthcare team.
