24-Hour Medical Staffing Services, LLC is hiring an experienced **Registered Nurse Labor & Delivery **to join our growing team of healthcare professionals .

JOB OVERVIEW:

• Start Date: 9/16/2024
• Shift Length: 3x12 Hour, 36 hours a week
• Shift: 07:00 - 19:30
• Pay: $3,250 per week in taxable pay and tax-free allowance if eligible
• Type of Assignment: Contract
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Work Location: Stockton, California

Description:

• Minimum of 2-year recent LD experience in an acute care hospital

• Must have travel experience

• Weekend Requirement: 2 weekends per 4 weeks

• Holiday: Will work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years)

• EMR: Cerner, fetal link, McRoberts mychild for infant

• Floating: Post partum--float first; will float to NICU as well

• Vents: "Available for moms and babies, but they are transferred to higher level of care if needed

• Common diagnosis / Types of patients: High risk OB w/ multiple co-morbidities; multiple births; no neonatal surgeries completed at this facility

• Additional Notes: Baby friendly, first hour skin to skin important; NICU nurse will attend all high-risk deliveries with an RT; need to understand the documentation and care for the perinatal initiatives; have a large volume of surrogates and multiples--must be comfortable with

• Required Certs: Valid License in the state of California, ACLS, BLS, Advanced Fetal Monitoring, NRP, COVID Vaccine Required
