Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join our team part-time. This position offers the ideal work-life balance, with no holidays, weekends, or on-call shifts required. As an OR RN, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective care for patients undergoing surgery in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the surgical setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other members of the surgical team.
• Prepare and maintain the operating room, ensuring all equipment and supplies are available and sterile.
• Monitor patients' vitals and respond to changes in condition, utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Support the multidisciplinary team in upholding high standards of care and patient advocacy.

Required Skills

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Demonstrated longevity in previous roles, indicating a commitment to patient care and professional growth.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
