Essential Qualifications

· Registered nurse

· 2 years minimum experience

· Skilled and experienced in IV insertion.

· Strong desire to see results in the health and wellness of our community.

· Passion for working with our clients and nursing team.

What will I do in this role as a nurse:

· Customer greeting and intake. This discussion includes determining the customers’ health goals, what their intended outcomes are and education on our therapies/services/benefits.

· Therapy administration. While maintaining compliance with internal protocols and 797 requirements: Compounding IV bags, mixing and measuring injectables, and administering to customers. Periodic checking on customers for comfort and conclusion of their service. Removal and clean up IV’s therapies.

· Customer experience. Our desire is for our customers to add us into their healthy lifestyle habits. Over the last several years we have seen a transition to preventive healthcare. We want to be a major part of this shift for our community.

· Leadership. Regardless of your job title, we expect leadership and emotional intelligence on our team. Our mission is to cultivate the very BEST IV therapy spa in Virginia and the very BEST place to work for our team members.

· Administrative duties (checking customers in and out, cleaning spa as needed, organizing, and restocking)

Pay:

$35 to $45 hourly, including tips

Pay is dependent on qualifications and experience. Since this is a medical spa and not a treatment center, our team members can receive tips for their services. The tips go directly to the team members. While not guaranteed, this averages at other spas from $7 to $15 per hour additional wages.

Hours:

10AM to 7PM M & F - 10-7PM

10AM to 4PM Sat

Part-time Position would start at 8-25 Hours weekly
