    Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Healthcare Location: Freehold, New Jersey Schedule: Part-Time, Overnight Hours, 10p-6a, variable days, 3-4 shifts/week

We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Freehold, New Jersey. In this role, you will provide high-quality care to a wheelchair-bound patient in a home setting, working overnight shifts to ensure their comfort and well-being.

    Job Summary: As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our home healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care during the night shift. You will work closely with the patient and their family, providing support and medical care in a home setting. Physical capability to assist with patient lifting (up to 130 lbs) with parental help is essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide high-quality nursing care to a wheelchair-bound patient in their home.

    Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the patient's physician.

    Monitor the patient’s vital signs, manage medical equipment, and assess overall health status.

    Assist with activities of daily living and provide support with mobility and positioning.

    Collaborate with the patient's family to ensure effective care and comfort.

    Document all care activities, observations, and changes in the patient’s condition accurately.

    Respond promptly to any medical emergencies or changes in the patient’s condition.

    Qualifications:

    Valid and active RN license in the state of New Jersey.

    Proven experience in home healthcare or working with wheelchair-bound patients is preferred.

    Ability to lift up to 130 lbs with parental assistance.

    Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently.

    Excellent communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.

    Reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.

    Flexibility to work overnight shifts as required.
