For patients who would otherwise require inpatient hospitalization for serious illnesses including exacerbation of chronic diseases, infections and post-surgical hospitalizations, as well as for COVID-19. Under the program, physicians and nurses in a medical command center will monitor patients in their homes 24/7. Patients will have access to hospital-level medical services performed by our Registered Nurse (RN) Team (ranging from IV therapies, oxygen treatments and lab tests to X-rays and ultrasounds) without having to leave their homes, and without the disruption, stress and potential isolation that can be experienced by hospital inpatient care.
Summary: As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will provide competent therapeutic services consistent with professional standards. Reporting and accountable to the Director of Nursing. The Registered Nurse (RN) will work in the home's of patients that are "admitted" to the Hospital at Home program. The Registered Nurse (RN) will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide quality care. We are looking for RN’s who have availability a few days per week with focus on mornings and evenings. We offer flexible scheduling.

Pay Range: Starting at 45.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
Completes documentation in the medical record per department guidelines and completes department records for billing and statistics
Manages caseload with efficiency and efficacy
Manages resources needed to perform the nursing treatment plan to accomplish the goals set for the patient
Plans and coordinates clinical programs in response to patient needs, technologies, clinical practices, regulations and reimbursement. Provides regular communication with physicians, supervisor, and others regarding OT programs and patients served.
Provides clinical supervision and teaching for OT students or staff. Plans orientation, caseload, and other learning activities. Provides regular feedback and coaching. Evaluates the learner's performance.
Selects and performs appropriate Occupational Therapy (OT) evaluation procedures to identify and assess problems. Sets treatment goals and devises a treatment plan. Re-evaluates and adjusts the treatment plan in response to the patient's changing condition and discharge plans.
Requirements:
Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Michigan
MUST HAVE strong IV skills for starting and maintaining lines
Must have Infusion experience
Must have the following vaccinations: Covid-19, Annual Flu Vaccination, Varicella, Up to Date TB test (within past 12 months)
